BRAILLE TEXT

To make it easier to find the correct digitalisation on a CD/DVD after they have been digitalised, we offer to add descriptive text about the contents of the caption on the CD / DVD box. We have a special CD / DVD box for this purpose offered free of charge.

Please contact us if there are any questions or need an appointment.

The name "Braille" comes from the French blind teacher Louis Braille, who invented the Braille Alphabet in the 1820s.

The Braille alphabet consists of raised dots that can be felt / read with your fingertips. The basic form of the alphabet is six dots divided into two vertical rows with three dots in each.

An 8-dot alphabet has also been developed, which is used to describe complex math and IT programming, but we use the 6-dot alphabet and numbers.
